CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment is very important to us at Bodhi and Rose, it is reserved especially for you and we understand life happens. Therefore, if you need to cancel or reschedule appointment, we request a minimum of 24-hours advance notice for any service, as a courtesy to other clients and our staff. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will be assessed a cancellation fee.

  • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before service will be charged 50% of the total service cost.

  • NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the total service.

We kindly ask you to utilise our SMS reminder service generated by our software program, please reply YES to confirm your appointment. This is a complimentary service and we do not suggest this to be your only form of remembering your appointment. Please call us on 0885844977, do not text message to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Punctuality is very important and if you are running late, we kindly ask you to inform us as we can not guarantee a full service as we do not want to disadvantage our other clients  from receiving their full service. We do our best to run on time for all our clients as we value your time. 

We can not accept messages left on a Sunday or Monday as the salon is closed and it does not leave us enough time to fill appointment time.
